About the Booster Club

We are a volunteer-led nonprofit focused on strengthening the dancer and family experience while respecting the studio’s artistic and operational leadership.
Our role
Independent in stewardship. Collaborative in purpose.
The GDS Team Booster Club is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting the Gotta Dance Studio Competition Team. We work in partnership with the studio while respecting its authority over instruction, choreography, casting, competitions, scheduling, costumes, discipline, and artistic direction.
Our mission is to support dancers through financial assistance, volunteer service, educational opportunities, family engagement, community partnerships, and responsible stewardship.

Clear plans. Responsible stewardship.
Transparency means families can understand the Club’s priorities, how major decisions are made, the general purpose of funds raised, and how to participate. We will share clear updates and useful summaries without turning the public website into a repository for sensitive financial or operational records.
Private and working records
Banking details, donor information, receipts, contracts, vendor records, internal drafts, and other documents that require appropriate access and context.
Approved organizational records remain maintained by the Board and may be shared with members or other appropriate parties when required or reasonably requested.
